I love the friendly cafe vibe and how quick food is made. Plus the smoothies are really really good!!! Definitely come here if you need a cheap warm meal in Bethlehem whether it be just visiting or you're local! Here is the soup I got today! It was veggie and very good! Love the flavor and it was hot immediately when I got it! Overall 5/5

The only customers in there on a Sunday afternoon, but were treated very nice. The owner was very sweet and nice, and interested in having a conversation. Large variety of menu items. We ordered Vietnamese spring rolls and black bean burger. Both of which were quite good. Great experience and quiet. We'll be back again.

We lucked out that everything up and down the street had a waiting list. Fell upon this hidden gem of a restaurant! I had the feta and spinach quesadilla (without tomatoes) that came with a delicious dollop of hummus. My companion had a vegan vegetarian vietnamese spring roll with a peanut dipping sauce. Everything was SUPER fresh! And super tasty! It’s refreshing to eat a meal and not feel like it was heavy and full of junk. They use organic flour and vega. Highly recommend!

Stopped in here for lunch today for the first time. I ordered the Pho and a green tea bubble tea while my husband had the Turkey chili. My pho was so delicious. The bubble tea was spot on as well, the boba were nice and soft and fresh. My husband said his Turkey chili was really good too. A great little spot to stop for lunch or even and after dinner ice cream.

We live about 20-30 minutes from Stations but this is a place we will go out of our way for regularly. Owner is wonderful, food is delicious. Everything is fresh and homemade (including all breads and pretzels). Great vegetarian options as well.

Stations Cafe is a total gem! The staff are super friendly, making you feel right at home, and the food? Amazing! Their pho is bursting with flavor. I think it’s the best soup in town, which it has won, with great flavor from the broth. What makes it even better is Minh, the owner. She's incredibly sweet and friendly, always making sure everyone is having a great experience. Plus, they have a ton of vegan options that are actually delicious. The bread is also vegan and perfectly baked in store! Seriously, whether you're vegan or not, you'll find something you love. Definitely worth checking out for a great meal and good vibes!

Come for the food, stay for the community! My son (4) and I visit "Ms. Minh's" aka Stations multiple times a week after school for muffins, smoothies, and delicious soup and organic pretzels. But the best part is the warm and welcoming environment created by Ms. Minh, the owner, who always says hello and asks how school is going, and is always greeting a stream of locals and regulars who we are starting to get to know too. My little one doesn't want to go anywhere else to eat! We love Stations.

We were in Pennsylvania for a visit and stopped here to eat and I must say this place is amazing! Great service and the lady (I didn't catch her name -_-) was the SWEETEST! The mac and cheese she had just finished making when we got there was so creamy and DELICIOUS! The turkey sandwich and the bread it was on was amazing, the rotisserie chicken salad with balsamic dressing was so fresh & awesome and so was the Manhattan clam soup! My bf who has stomach issues had no problem with the food! You can tell lots of love and effort is put into her food! We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to PA! :)
